West Coast Cycling road workouts are Vancouver's best kept training secret for cyclists!
Join us for a weekly dose of focused intensity training, positioned perfectly in between your longer weekend rides. Everyone works at their own pace, and completes a number of repetitions appropriate for their level of fitness. Workouts are on the road, but 'cross or even mountain bikes are welcome also. Routes vary from a selection of various hill climbs, to sets of mini time trials, to lung searing 1km sprints. Feel the burn...
Weeknight outdoor road workouts are free. Open to current West Coast Cycling members only, although a valid General, Citizen or Race license through CBC, or membership through another Cycling BC affiliated club will temporarily suffice until you can complete your membership registraton.
